About you:

As a Digital Interactive Delivery Leader, you will use data and insights to create personalized customer experiences with digital solutions.

Digital transformation is positively affecting the customer experience allowing customers to interact online at point of need. Technology like AI and machine learning allows us to know our customers so we can make faster and better decisions. You will be the go-to person to think through how to design the flow to multiple offerings, including automation, personalization and future predication. This role will look at new and innovative ways of working to achieve the right outcomes. The role will involve managing AI & interactive solutions to deliver experiences to customers that are personalized, convenient and relevant.

 

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Responsible for managing AI solutions once in operation
  • Collaborate with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbot (digital assistant)
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms
  • Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to meet changing needs
  • Monitor key KPIs and accountable for optimisation activities
  • Innovate to increase customer interaction and areas of improvement
  • Plan & maintain chatbot flows
  • Map customer journeys/decision trees and understand how your conversation flows and how everything correlates
  • Automate responses for the most common questions
  • Seamlessly manage transitions between chatbots, live agents, and back again
  • Use Artificial Intelligence and cognitive machine learning to launch interactive solutions

 

As an Interactive Delivery Leader your Skills and Experiences likely include:

  • Degree, equivalent or relevant industry experience
  • Passion for customers and technology
  • Understanding of AI systems & solutions
  • Stakeholder relationship management, identify important stakeholders and communicate with them clearly and regularly.
  • Uses of machine learning to drive meaningful insights from data
  • Ability to create workflows and decision trees to complete business processes
  • Some knowledge of business processes (i.e. HR, finance, recruitment, supply chain management), business applications and automation
  • A self-starter, highly organised and proactive
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
