We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   Role Overview: As the Digital Head of Sales at The Access Group's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Kuala Lumpur, you will lead and scale a high-performing digital sales team, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales excellence. This role is pivotal in aligning our digital sales strategies with global objectives, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions to small and mid-sized organizations across the UK/Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Key Responsibilities: • Lead & Scale the Digital Sales Team: Develop and manage a dynamic digital sales team, optimizing structure and strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Drive Revenue Growth: Utilize digital channels, sales automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer acquisition and retention. • Enhance Sales Performance: Implement best practices, provide coaching, and establish performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. • Align with Global Strategy: Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency and efficiency across markets, tailoring approaches to fit the UK/APAC context. • Leverage Technology & Automation: Integrate advanced sales tools and automation to streamline processes and boost productivity. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize the impact of sales initiatives. • Manage Key Stakeholders: Provide insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. • Coaching & Development of emerging sales talent. Key Requirements: • Results-driven and highly motivated with a passion for driving growth and market penetration. • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships across cultures and regions. • Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Strong problem-solving, people management abilities and the capacity to execute with a hands-on approach. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in managing and leading global teams. • Experience in change management and driving transformational change.
