You will work closely with the Digital Operations and Customer Success teams to provide a world-class digital marketing service for the hospitality sector. As part of the wider digital team, you will contribute to the omni-channel strategy and actively seek ways to improve the digital product offering alongside the Digital Marketing Team. You will be part of a culture that values continuous improvement, always looking for ways to drive positive changes that enhance efficiency and performance. As a trusted advisor to the Customer Success, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams, you will build open and positive relationships with Project Managers, the Design Team, and the Digital Operations team. Agility will be your key approach to supporting the development of the digital marketing product and the Digital Account Manager role, while maintaining open and frequent communication throughout the organisation. Day-to-day, you will: • Support the implementation of digital marketing best practices across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international customers, collaborating closely with the Customer Success Team and the VP of Digital. • Share and package digital strategies and market trends into accessible content for the Customer Success Team, ensuring they are equipped to educate customers on effective digital marketing adoption. • Measure the effectiveness of digital strategies and contribute insights to the Avvio Digital Adoption Framework, while maintaining ongoing training resources such as video guides and articles in collaboration with the Marketing team. • Participate in monthly calls and on-site meetings with customers, prospects, or partners, providing support as needed to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue performance.   Your skills and experiences might also include: • Demonstrates a strong customer-centric approach, with a drive to enhance customer experiences and support the growth of direct bookings through proactive issue resolution. • Highly organised and dependable, skilled in managing a diverse portfolio of customers while effectively multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels, complemented by excellent presentation skills. • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Toolkit and Salesforce, utilising these tools to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
