About you:
Are you a hospitality B2C marketer looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced hospitality technology company? As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager you will develop and optimize the marketing strategy, monitoring the right usage and approach on all channels to drive sales, and expanding brand and product exposure for Acteol – hospitality CRM and Wireless Social (Wi-Fi). You will work closely with marketing, propositions, operations to develop a tactical plan to ensure the business grows, retains customers and creates loyalty.
A deep understanding of the hospitality sector and experience with tools and techniques to drive loyalty and repeat visits is a huge benefit.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Design and Execute Demand Generation Strategies:
Develop and lead multi-channel demand generation plans aligned with target personas, sales goals, and revenue objectives. Launch and manage impactful campaigns across the customer lifecycle to boost engagement, drive conversion, and accelerate sales velocity.
2. Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Seamless Campaign Execution:
Operate within a digital squad to manage inbound and outbound channels, including digital advertising, SEO, email, webinars, events, and social media. Work closely with content, sales development, and account management teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution, while supporting sales enablement with the right tools, content, and resources.

Create Engaging Content to Educate and Convert:
Produce thought leadership and product-related content such as guides, walkthroughs, videos, webinars, and in-app communications. Develop authentic, conversation-led materials that address customer needs and help move prospects through the funnel, while also supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Leverage Data and Insights to Optimise Performance:
Embrace a KPI-driven approach using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign effectiveness. Extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Proven Experience in Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:
Experienced growth marketer with a strong track record in demand generation, ideally within B2B and B2C software environments. Brings specific expertise in running digital campaigns in close collaboration with Sales and proposition teams, with a passion for technology. Hospitality market knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
2. Strategic & Results-Driven Mindset:
Strong decision-making skills to prioritise high-impact activities. Results-oriented with a drive to create measurable impact through performance, engagement, and mindset. Advocates for customer journey planning and mapping to optimise engagement across the funnel.

Data-Driven with Deep Analytical Acumen:
Highly quantitative and skilled in interpreting data to improve customer experiences. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation across the marketing and sales funnel, along with expertise in data acquisition and management to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
4. Marketing Tech & Channel Expertise:
Proficient in marketing technology and automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, with knowledge of ABM tools like Demandbase. Proven success in executing demand generation programs across earned (SEO/SEM, email), paid (PPC, sponsorships, social), and owned channels (website, webinars, podcasts).
