Apply to find out more. About you: Are you a hospitality B2B marketer looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced hospitality technology company? As a Demand Generation Manager you will develop and optimize the marketing strategy, monitoring the right usage and approach on all channels to drive sales, and expanding brand and product exposure for Procure Wizard and Maintain. You will work closely with marketing, propositions, operations to develop a tactical plan to ensure the business grows, retains customers and creates loyalty. Day-to-day, you will: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with target personas, sales objectives, and revenue goals. Design, launch, and manage impactful campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle to drive engagement, conversions, and sales velocity. Work collaboratively within a digital squad to oversee inbound and outbound channels including digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media. Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as content, sales development, and account management to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution. Create thought leadership and product content including guides, walkthroughs, videos, webinars, and more to educate customers and drive meaningful engagement with prospects. Lead a data-driven marketing approach using automation and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to measure and optimise campaign performance. Extract and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, continuously improving marketing effectiveness and ROI. Own customer marketing and sales enablement efforts by planning and executing email campaigns, in-app messaging, and content initiatives aimed at driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Support sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to confidently build pipeline and close deals. Deeply understand customer needs to create authentic, conversation-led content that guides prospects through the funnel. Your skills and experiences might also include:    Experienced growth marketer with a strong background in demand generation, ideally within the software or tech space. Brings energy and passion for technology, with a proven track record of delivering digital campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Proposition teams. Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not mandatory. Deep understanding of customer journey planning and funnel optimisation, with the ability to analyse and improve conversion rates across the full sales and marketing funnel. Demonstrates strong decision-making skills to prioritise activities that drive the greatest business impact Highly analytical and data-driven, with knowledge of data acquisition and management to support lead nurturing and outbound programs. Strong quantitative mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance the customer experience and marketing effectiveness. Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and automation tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM platforms like Demandbase. Proven success in executing demand generation programs across earned (SEO/SEM, email), paid (PPC, sponsorships, social), and owned channels (web, webinars, podcasts).
