We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As the Public Sector Demand Generation Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive PaySuite’s marketing strategy, collaborating with dynamic sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You'll spearhead innovative marketing programs to boost revenue from both existing customers and new business. With your keen understanding of market trends and ability to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits, you will become the go-to expert on our target audience and their buying behaviour. This role offers a thrilling chance to leverage your B2B marketing skills, strong communication abilities, and to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Day-to-day, you will:  • You will collaborate with teams to design go-to-market strategies and optimal channel mixes for Public Sector segments, boosting market penetration and revenue. • You’ll develop and execute sales plays, toolkits, and campaigns based on buyer insights, enhancing conversion rates and sales effectiveness. • Managing website content and customer engagement programs, you will increase satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. • You will build strong stakeholder and partner relationships, prepare and present campaign plans, and analyse marketing performance, driving data-driven growth and business optimisation.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Exposure to Public Sector marketing is useful but not required. • Extensive experience in demand generation marketing is essential. • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) is beneficial but not mandatory. • Experience in sales enablement, such as creating sales toolkits, is advantageous.
