We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You are a sales leader skilled in driving growth across a large volume of accounts, with experience in multi-product deals. You effectively promote the use of video, marketing content, and other tools to help your team qualify and close new deals. You are a strong coach who significantly impacts how your team engages with customers across our portfolio. You excel in building strategic sales plans that align with market needs and collaborate closely with marketing to create successful assets. You’re also proficient in Salesforce, using it to add value within your team. You stay updated on customer buying habits and adapt to new digital sales practices. While experience in the ERP sector is ideal, it’s not essential for this role. We at Access value your ability to lead and innovate in sales strategies. Day-to-day, you will:  • You'll lead a team of around 6 Field Sales Account Managers, overseeing some of Access's largest customers and managing approximately 250 existing accounts. • You'll develop and execute a biannual campaign cycle, using data to adapt to product cycles and market conditions. • Managing the ERP sector, you'll oversee various solutions and propositions, with a target of around £5 million ABC. • Working closely with marketing, you'll ensure your sales team is well-prepared, creating joint execution plans to meet pipeline and revenue targets. • You'll provide monthly and quarterly forecasts to leadership, while also embedding a structured sales methodology that tracks both forecasts and sales behaviors. • Additionally, you'll contribute to weekly team reviews with real-time updates and share market insights with product owners and specialist teams, offering recommendations for improvements.  • This hybrid role requires travel to our Loughborough HQ and regular visits to customer sites, so a valid UK driving license is essential. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You’re a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving change without waiting for permission. • You know how to channel that entrepreneurial energy into tangible sales results within your field. • You have a strong background in managing Field Sales Teams, using data to enhance performance. • Your excellent data analytics skills are proven to drive sales growth. • You excel at stakeholder management, balancing diverse perspectives while making swift decisions. • You’re experienced in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering a culture of high engagement within your sales team. • You’re quick to identify challenges in the sector, making rapid decisions and driving changes to successful execution.
