We are seeking four motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented Data Quality Interns ( January 2025 Intake) to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow. About you: To work with our Data Quality team and colleagues within our Education and Nonprofit and Recruitment divisions to improve our data about our customers in these sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for using internal and internet sources to clean and enrich datasets about educational organisations. These roles are ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in data management and analysis. Day-to-day, you will: Key responsibilities for the Data Quality Intern are listed below: • Data Discovery: Identify useful internal company and external internet sources of data related to educational organisations. • Data Cleaning: Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets. • Data Enrichment: Enhance datasets by adding missing information and verifying existing data. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data sources and cleaning processes. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Data Manager and other team members to ensure data quality and integrity. • Data Quality Analysis: Assist in analysing data quality before, during and after cleaning and enrichment process. • Reporting: Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Your qualification might also include: • Candidate must be available for the full 6- month period • Internship start date : January 2025 intake • Current enrolment or graduate of a degree programme in computing, mathematics, statistics or related discipline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with code-based data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus What are we all about?
