Apply to find out more. About you:   As a Data Mapping Specialist, you will be responsible for executing a critical administrative function within the Access/Lightyear support team. The foundation of the Lightyear product is line-by-line data extraction and mapping of key information from supplier invoices. This role will place you in charge of identifying best practice extraction methods and creating internal templates (maps) for each new supplier that enters the Lightyear supplier networks. You will achieve this using a unique piece of internal software designed by Lightyear to create document templates. Day-to-day, you will: • Respond to customer mapping queries within a 24-hour SLA by: o Identifying which invoices should be mapped vs Smart Extracted. o Accurately creating new maps for suppliers. o Editing existing maps to resolve issues with data extraction. • Engage with customers and the Onboarding team regarding customer habits and document-related challenges. • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing insights into the best available options for suppliers based on document format and customer requirements. • Manage two separate map queues (Lightyear and ACBL). Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Detail-oriented mindset – Poorly created maps can negatively impact multiple customers due to shared maps, potentially leading to incorrect supplier payments. • KPI-driven approach – Ability to work within team SLAs and meet individual performance metrics. • Problem-solving ability – Candidates with a background in video gaming have previously excelled in this role due to strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to handle repetitive tasks & trial-and-error workflows – Workload may fluctuate, requiring adaptability and patience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable managing fluctuating workloads while ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
