Love Work. Love Life. Be You.
Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! Our core values of ‘love work, love life’ have been central to our success and we’re looking for people to join us who share our passion for making things better every day.
What are we all about?
SHR, an Access Company, unites pioneering hotel technology and marketing services to put the power back in the hands of hoteliers. We deliver solutions through a complete eco-system of tools and services that maximize guest success and value at every touchpoint.
More than 2,000 hotels around the world rely on SHR Group’s product suite to optimize their channel mix, personalize guest experiences, and maximize revenue and profitability. Our platforms bring the full stack of booking and revenue tools together for the first time, from acquisition to booking, check-in to post stay follow-up and loyalty, whilst maximizing revenue every step of the way. These services are then rocket boosted by the platform’s real-time learning and insight, enabling smarter prediction, tailoring and optimization of every guest interaction.
About You:
You’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping customers succeed. You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, and you’re energized by the opportunity to lead projects that make a real impact. Whether you're translating technical requirements into actionable steps or guiding stakeholders through change, you bring clarity, confidence, and structure to every phase of the onboarding journey.
You’re just as comfortable managing multiple projects as you are building relationships—both internally and externally. You know how to zoom out and drive the big picture, while also rolling up your sleeves to tackle the details. Most importantly, you take pride in delivering a smooth, thoughtful onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.
If you're looking for a role where your work directly improves how teams adopt and embrace CRM systems—and where you can grow with a collaborative, mission-driven team—we’d love to meet you.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementations, ensuring a smooth and timely transition for customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide expert guidance on system configuration, best practices, and industry-specific solutions.
- Manage and resolve technical challenges, ensuring customers receive the best possible support.
- Work with a variety of technologies and integrations to enhance existing products and create new features.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of our CRM solutions.
- Continuously expand your product knowledge, staying up to date with industry trends and system enhancements.
- Support strategic and high-value customers, ensuring their unique needs are met with tailored solutions.
Your skills and experience will include:
Required:
- 1-3 years of CRM experience, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while aligning with client goals and internal priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented – you take ownership and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Knowledge of hospitality or distribution technology (CRS, PMS, booking systems, etc.) is advantageous.
- Experience working with or developing software solutions for the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with project management software or CRM platforms.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.
