Apply to find out more. About you:  You will drive great customer outcomes by building rapport with clients and colleagues and demonstrating and articulating the value of Access solutions. With a strong commercial understanding, you will be able to negotiate, handle objections, and communicate the benefits of Access products and services to clients. You should have experience managing a Services Delivery team comprising remote and office-based resources in multiple countries, along with strong English language written and oral communication skills. As a great internal collaborator, you will build strong relationships across functions such as sales, product, customer success, support, and engineering. Your curiosity and commitment to continuous learning will keep you updated on industry trends and enhance your industry and product knowledge. Day-to-day, you will:  • Oversee team objectives, including adherence to methodologies, billable utilization, revenue, margin, NPS, and employee engagement, while forecasting and managing team revenue and promoting self-generated service orders. • Act as the go-to person for team members and serve as the Service Delivery champion for Romania, aligning with ERP division goals and fostering a connected and inclusive team environment. • Contribute to division strategic objectives by defining and reviewing Employee Success Plans, mentoring and developing team members, resolving team issues, and supporting diversity and inclusion. • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product departments to achieve strategic goals, assist with the adoption of new business processes, lead by example to instill company values, and help reduce churn. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Experience managing remote and office-based teams across multiple countries, with prior software or consulting/project management experience, preferably in ERP or Waste and Recycling management. • Skilled in engaging and influencing key stakeholders at various levels within Access and the client base, with a strong understanding of project delivery and leadership. • Ability to handle conflicts, demonstrate integrity, and manage time effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and high workloads. • Proven track record in fast-growth, high-paced environments, contributing to functional development while ensuring high-quality customer delivery.
