About you:

You’ve got a flair for creativity, the experience and knowledge to deliver effective change communication campaigns, and the skills to understand how our diverse employees will receive and act on our communications.   

You will develop and deliver the communications strategy for a significant change project at Access in APAC, helping employees to feel inspired about the future and to feel part of the change. 

As an expert in change communications, you will have a great understanding of the impact employee communications has in driving employee engagement. You will lead, manage and implement an effective change communications and engagement plan to support the achievement of the change project objectives. 

 

About the role:

This role is a 6-month contract that will support a change project within our APAC Division.

Day to day you will:

  • As the Communications Change expert, you will lead, manage and implement a comms and engagement strategy for a significant change project which engages employees. 
  • Create high quality communications which are audience focused and generate clarity on where we’re going and why so that employees feel connected. 
  • Work closely with the APAC project team and coordinate activities across workstreams to ensure that communications is planned effectively and is timely. 
  • Understand the employee journey associated with the change project and build meaningful interactions at every stage to engage employees and drive commitment. 
  • Lead on a stakeholder plan which analyses audiences and their needs, tailoring communication to those audiences. 
  • Work with the APAC project team to articulate the objectives and outcomes of the project, with particular reference to the Access Global Operations Centre strategy. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the change communications plan and adjust where necessary. 

 

As a Change Communication specialist, your skills and experience may include:

  • Experience of working on change projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. 
  • Strong experience of creating, managing, and implementing change communication plans. 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of a range of communication channels and how they contribute to successful engagement, particularly in relation to change. 
  • Experience in working with complex subject matters and creating clear and compelling messages to drive engagement and understanding across a broad audience group. 
  • Project management experience to prioritise and drive communication initiatives and deliver work on time and to budget.
