Apply to find out more. About you: Our Business Development Representative team is part of the wider Sales function within Access Group. You will be focusing on generating sales pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business. Day-to-day, you will: 1. Pipeline Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts to build a strong sales pipeline. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building – Create awareness of Access Group’s solutions across multiple platforms and develop relationship maps for a multi-threaded sales approach. 3. Opportunity Nurturing & Collaboration – Work closely with sales reps to source new pipeline opportunities and align with marketing teams on campaigns and GTM strategies. 4. Decision Maker Identification & Account Strategy – Identify key decision-makers within new accounts and drive strategic engagement to convert prospects into sales opportunities. Your skills and experiences might also include:  1. Fluency in German & English – Essential requirement for effective communication and engagement. 2. Experience & Performance – Strong advantage: Minimum 1+ years in a target-driven environment, preferably in the technology sector, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and targets. 3. Business Acumen & Adaptability – Strong analytical mindset, hardworking mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while aligning with different business units. 4. Education & Relevant Experience – Degree or equivalent professional experience, assessed based on role-specific competencies.
