About you:

You are an experienced Business\Data Analyst ideally with a Professional Services background, who has a passion for change, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate requirements and make decisions. Working within Professional Services, you will play a vital role in understanding the challenges within the division and identifying processes, system changes and enhancements that can be put in place to support the goals of the division and ultimately the company.  

You will have:

A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
Experience working with a range of stakeholders and technical teams across the business
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
Experience creating documentation to communicate detailed requirements to multiple teams including Development, Product, IT and Professional Services
Experience with Jira, Salesforce and diagramming tools such as Visio
Experience running workshops, facilitation and stakeholder management/communication
A reasonable level of technical knowledge so you can understand context and challenges of software solutions (components, data flows, integration, etc.) 
Experience in the HCM industry is highly desirable

Experience with CRM products would be beneficial

Job Role

Represent the team, with sufficient understanding of the market, also the customer and business to make sound, informed decisions
Produce and maintain reports and dashboards in order to assist with the understanding of division problem areas
Make decisions regarding the priority in order to deliver maximum outcome with minimum output
Clearly identify and describe requirements building a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the development team
Determine whether requirements have been satisfactorily delivered
Assess and triage reported bugs and support cases and assist with their resolution
Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders within the division to ensure that dependencies are managed, and issues and risks are communicated 
Contribute to product launch and Go to Market collateral

Develop and maintain a sound understanding of divisional business processes and requirements, becoming an expert in these areas
