Who are Acteol? 

We are a marketing software company who specialise in enterprise level Single Customer View and CRM solutions.  We have a fast growing Account Management team who work directly with our clients supporting them with everything from segmentation to campaign delivery and strategy.  We are supported by our first class development team who are based overseas and manage the coding part of the business which makes our software great. 
Our clients include a wealth of well-known restaurants such as The Ivy Collection, Pret, Five Guys, Carluccio’s and many more, we also work with great brands in other sectors such as transport, gyms and gaming.  The common theme amongst them all is helping brands understand their customers better and then engaging them to encourage further visits and spend. 
The Account Executive / Junior Account Manager reports directly to the Senior Account Manager /Project Manager and is responsible for supporting a portfolio of accounts for Acteol. 
Key functions
• Supporting the Account Management team
• Building and scheduling multi-channel campaigns; segmenting the data, creating target audiences, uploading copy and images and working with clients to ensure best practise is adhered to
• Building automated customer journeys based on client briefs
• Building customer surveys and monitoring results based on client briefs
• Client Query Support - researching and troubleshooting client queries and supporting the client with using the system
• Proofing & QA- reviewing and checking for errors in email copy, social media posts and surveys
• Reporting - configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports
• Provide reactive and proactive support and manage each client’s requirements on a day to day basis. Understand the client’s priorities, timelines and campaign plans in order to prioritise workload to ensure on time delivery. Good understanding of the client’s overall data structure and the associated automated CRM campaigns.  
• Strong understanding of each business sector their clients sit within.

Key skills and tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience of using email platforms, social media management platforms, CRM systems, review sites
- Attention to detail

- Scheduling work
- Follow the approved project management process (software) to raise tasks so it can be appropriately handled by the development team, thereby ensuring all jobs are managed and processed correctly.
- Managing tasks to meet client deadlines
- Interaction with client on a daily basis 
- Inter-team collaboration 
- A good understanding of Acteol’s software, CRM and segmentation
- Confident in demonstrating software to clients.
