We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you: You’re a dynamic and experienced Account Manager, responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues and escalations – driving satisfaction and retention. In this key role, you’ll also focus on finding new business and cross-selling opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Day-to-day, you will be focused on:  • Understanding client needs, proactively identifying solutions, along with developing strong productive relationships. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure needs are met for clients – conducting regular business meetings to review performance, opportunities and addressing challenges. • Achieving targets & growth objectives, monitoring account health – taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn. • Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals and reports, whilst staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, to provide strategic guidance to clients. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Account Management experience, or a similar sales/customer service role within the IT or SaaS industry. • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools, and an ability to confidently manage multiple client accounts, using strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills and a persuasive and compelling mindset expressing ideas and concepts • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
