We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Quota Carrying Team Leader, you will manage a team of 4 – 5 new business sales people, focusing on driving new business and cross-sell sales for the team and delivering your own individual target. You will work closely with your team to deliver outstanding results and execute on our compelling propositions to drive revenue on net-new and cross-sell clients. You’re ready to build a successful team and excite them about the journey ahead and delivering great results that drive growth. You’re someone that inspires, motivates and takes pride creating a supportive environment where everyone engages well and works towards that common goal. You’re a natural mentor and coach to more junior team members. You thrive on change and have a track record in over exceeding targets. You will work with Sales and Marketing leadership to determine your sales development plan against sales targets coming from a mix of sources including self-generation activities, marketing generated leads and current company accounts representing cross-sell opportunities. Your rewards will be a basic salary plus a commission based on personal quota performance and bonus for team achievement against quota. Day-to-day, you will be: • Deliver cross sell and upsell for you and the team maximizing revenue growth through opportunity and whitespace identification within the field account management base, forecasting and executing all aspect of revenue generation • Coach the team through mentorship and modelling of positive behaviours to deliver against targets. • Build team culture - keep the team engaged, informed, and motivated; foster a competitive and collaborative team environment. • Execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive divisional performance improvement • Directly support team members in the closing of opportunities • Ensure Access sales standards such as MEDDPICC are followed and maintained within the team, including use of Clari, Salesforce, accurate reporting, forecasting and delivering against KPI’s • Identify and develop an understanding of competitive offerings and how to compete and win against each of them • Work closely with other team leaders to collaborate and share ideas and best practices • Interpret our sales data to provide insight to the Exec Management Team Your skills and experiences might also include: • Knowledge of the Hospitality space and software • Data-driven • Experience and successful track record of delivering against targets as an individual contributor • You have a passion for leading from the front to drive team performance • You have the ambition and drive to achieve and overachieve on sales targets • You are a motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude • You have a high emotional intelligence in addition to a strong traditional intellect. • You know how to use data to maximise performance. • You’re good at time-management and prioritise effectively. • Experience managing a team is great but not mandatory, in fact this is a great role for someone looking for their first step into leadership.
