Reporting directly to the General Manager of EarlyPay, this mid-level role is pivotal in driving our bundling and go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with divisional leaders and teams to identify opportunities, foster relationships, and promote bundled solutions that drive growth. Day-to-day, you will:  • Partnership Development: Identify and build strong relationships with internal divisional leaders and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for integration and collaboration. • Integration Leadership: Initiate and manage discussions to integrate EarlyPay within divionsal products such as time and attendance, HR, and payroll systems. • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute strategies for bundled solutions, ensuring alignment with divisional marketing, sales, and product teams. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison to keep internal divisions informed and engaged, including marketing, sales, and product teams. • Value Communication: Clearly articulate and showcase the benefits of EarlyPay to internal sales teams and customers, emphasizing its ability to enhance offerings, increase order values, and drive sales quota achievement. • Sales execution: Assist in presenting EarlyPay’s value proposition to end customers, facilitating the creation of opportunities and supporting sales teams in closing deals when required. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles within SaaS, preferably in HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions. • Strong ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively. • Relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to execute operational plans. • Familiarity with software integration processes and go-to-market strategies is a plus. • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
