We offer a diverse range of products specifically designed to assist not-for-profit organisations, with a particular emphasis on volunteer management, fundraising platforms, and donor CRM systems. In addition to these core offerings, we provide an extensive array of solutions, including financial management and payment systems, learning management systems (LMS), human resources and payroll services, screening solutions, as well as EPOS and visitor attraction software, alongside facilities management.
To further our impact, we are on the lookout for talented, dynamic, and creative individuals who can facilitate the transition of not-for-profit organisations to the Access Not For Profit suite of products. Our solutions are designed to help these organisations save both time and money, enabling them to concentrate on what truly matters.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Focus on selling a targeted portfolio of products and services.
• Utilise prospect databases to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Approach every marketing lead with enthusiasm and dedication.
• Navigate opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
• Communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients effectively.
• Maintain the CRM database to ensure records are current, reflecting any changes in personnel or additional contacts.
• Keep the sales pipeline updated for accurate and timely forecasting.
• Ensure that all contact is informative, with follow-up actions agreed upon, and consistently log all activities, outcomes, and next steps.
• Arrange and deliver software demonstrations with confidence and a positive attitude, ensuring that value and insights are highlighted throughout.
• Prepare pricing proposals that are professional, accurate, and tailored to the sale, using standard templates and the agreed pricing structure.
• Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills.
• Propose innovative solutions to meet sales targets when forecasts change.
• Complete all activities in accordance with departmental standards and within agreed timescales.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, whether face-to-face or through telephone, email, and social media.
• Be prepared for occasional travel and limited overnight stays as required.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a B2B sales role.
• Previous new business sales experience.
• Experience selling into the Not for Profit space desirable
• Ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to prioritise a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
