About you:
As part of the Access Group, Fathom empowers accountants and SMEs worldwide to plan their finances and thrive. Operating in over 78 countries and serving more than 80,000 customers globally, Fathom is committed to delivering top-tier financial planning solutions.
You will be process-oriented, personable, and enjoy building relationships, while also being enthusiastic about driving channel activity through initiatives like webinars. Reporting to the Head of Sales and collaborating closely with other Account Executive Specialists, this role is integral to our continued success.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop Sales Pipeline: Initiate and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Customer Success: Ensure customer success through tailored education and onboarding processes.
• Account Acquisition: Acquire new accounts through consultative selling techniques.
• Brand Presence: Attend industry events and host online webinars to increase Fathom’s brand presence.
• Daily Activities: Conduct customer calls and demos, perform outbound sales to boost your pipeline, nurture existing trialists, and check in with current customers to foster long-term trusting relationships.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Self-Starter: Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving processes.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Desire to work in a small but high-performing team and play a key role in growing Fathom in the EMEA region.
• Process-Oriented: Thrive on creating, revising, and following processes to provide optimal output.
• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, particularly selling a technology solution, and/or basic knowledge of accountancy is advantageous. However, our primary interest is in your skills, attitude, and enthusiasm for the role.
