With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking an Account Executive to support our growing Americas region.
About You:
Are you ready to be a driving force in our organization's growth? The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the construction ERP market. As our Account Executive for new accounts, you'll lead the charge in prospecting and selling our COINS ERP suite to the Construction and Engineering industries, while nurturing relationships to bolster our pipeline. You’ll have the opportunity to travel to engage with customers face-to-face, forging lasting connections and driving transformative partnerships.
Day to day, you will:
- Manage the sales process for a diverse range of assigned new business opportunities, from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
- Develop strategic plans tailored to each opportunity, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex sales landscapes effectively.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and forecasts.
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling proposals that articulate the value of our solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Responsively handle RFI’s (Request for Information) and RFP’s (Request for Proposal), showcasing our capabilities with professionalism and expertise.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization.
Your skills and experience will include:
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in construction, accounting or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas, with proven results in driving revenue growth.
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
- Advanced selling capability with a focus on strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including experience in managing sales pipelines and generating accurate forecasts.
- Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $130,000 annually, with additional On Target Earnings (OTE). Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
