I was a Team Leader in Business Development looking after our Health and Social Care software portfolio. I knew I was ready for my next challenge, but I wasn’t sure what that was!

I knew I really enjoyed training people and helping the team develop.  

The opportunity arose to join the Sales Operations team and work with our Sales Academy to develop the young sales talent we recruit into Access every year. I was originally helping to train new starters who were in their first roles in the company however since we all started to work from home, I have a slightly different focus and primarily work on our Digital Learning offering for our teams. We are now creating our new digital Sales Academy which is coming soon.

We will be recruiting our next group of talent in the coming months so keep an eye out!

I love being part of the Sales Ops team. It gives me the opportunity to work with lots of different people all across Access.
