About you:
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer with strong skills in managing large website projects, user experience (UX), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and search engine optimisation (SEO) to join our digital team.
This is an exciting time to join Access, and you will be getting involved right away, so we need someone who has a solid understanding of digital marketing and a wealth of experience to draw from. You should have deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO, and UX, along with proven experience in driving positive change while implementing best practices—your results should clearly demonstrate your capabilities.
You will be a data-driven problem solver who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Additionally, you should have the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is easy to understand.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead Generation and User Experience: Drive lead generation by creating exceptional user experiences on commercial websites, with a strong focus on onsite conversion to leads.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of web specialists in SEO, UX, and CRO, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of strategies.
• Performance Analysis and Recommendations: Provide website performance analysis to the Digital Product Owner, along with recommendations for test-and-learn initiatives and onsite optimisations.
• SEO and Content Management: Manage and deliver content updates and optimisations, focusing on improving technical SEO, content strategy, and offsite initiatives while acting as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Project Management and Technical Delivery: Strong project management skills, particularly in delivering technical projects and developing digital requirements.
• Team Leadership and Culture Development: Experience in leading teams, focusing on developing team members and fostering a positive work culture.
• Data Literacy and Performance Reporting: Demonstrated data literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to report on performance accurately and accessibly.
• Digital Tools and SEO Expertise: Proficient in using various digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HotJar) and experienced in technical SEO, UX, and on-site optimisation (CRO).
