Apply to find out more. About you: This is an exciting time to become part of Access, and you will dive into your work right away. We need someone who truly understands digital marketing and has a wealth of experience to draw from. You should have a deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO, and UX, along with a proven track record of driving positive change while implementing best practices—your results should clearly demonstrate your impact. As a data-driven problem solver, you won’t hesitate to challenge the status quo. You will also have the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand. Day-to-day, you will: • Drive lead generation by creating exceptional user experiences on commercial websites, with a strong focus on onsite conversion to leads. • Analyse website performance and provide recommendations for test and learn initiatives to the Digital Product Owner. • Manage and deliver onsite optimisations and content updates, prioritising SEO and enhancing technical, content, and offsite strategies. • Serve as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner, maintaining a commercial and customer-focused approach Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on project management and the delivery of technical projects. • Data literate with good numeracy skills, capable of accurately reporting performance in an accessible manner. • Skilled in developing and delivering technical and digital requirements, with experience using various CMS and a wide range of digital tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and heatmapping solutions. • Knowledgeable in technical SEO, as well as UX and on-site optimisation (CRO) practices.
