About you:  We are looking for a skilled UX designer, possessing a deep understanding of user needs and the skills and experience to build beautiful and effective user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking and user research allows you to uncover insights that inform your design decisions. Day-to-day, you will:  •Follow the UX process and highlighting challenges within sprint team processes, suggesting areas of improvement to team leaders. •Recruit and screen participants, scheduling sessions, and preparing research materials. Using and contributing to established participant lists. •Plan and conducting research to understand users' needs, motivations, and pain points, generating actionable insights for design decisions and improvements.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to contribute insights from a UX perspective. •Communicate design decisions and present research findings to stakeholders in an engaging way using techniques such as storytelling. •Take the initiative to suggest improvements and ideas within their sprint team.
