We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As the Treasury Team Leader you will oversee the treasury operations team in the UK, ensuring efficient management of the company's cash flow, liquidity and financial risk. You’ll report to the Group Treasury Manager, and you will manage the team which is responsible for the processing and reconciliation of all transactions for bank accounts across the UK, Ireland and Europe. You are an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, focused on building positive, productive and professional relationships with staff members and customers. Day-to-day, you will:  • Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring transactions are posted, reconciled, and payments processed in compliance with anti-fraud controls. • Monitor and report cashflows for UK and Ireland, centralizing Group cash and managing liquidity across timeframes. • Integrate new acquisitions into Group Treasury, managing bank access, mandates, and winding down activities within set deadlines. • Lead and develop the treasury team, while continuously improving processes, systems, and managing banking portals for approvals and user management.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across reporting levels. • Proficient in treasury management systems, financial software, and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines. • Professional behaviour with a focus on accuracy and error detection.
