About you: Reporting to the Treasury Operations Team Leader, you will be part of the team which is responsible for the processing, maintenance and reconciliation of all The Access Group’s bank accounts across Europe, the America’s and APAC. You are an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, focused on building positive, productive and professional relationships with staff members and customers. Day-to-day, you will: • Manage the group’s main importer, uploading transactions and ensuring the bank posting is accurate. • Supervise the posting of other teams to the banks, ensuring all banks are posted daily, and then reconciling all banks on a weekly basis. • Monitor all acquisition bank accounts, posting the purchase ledger transactions, and management account journals. Download BACs reports and distribute to the relevant teams. • Manage online payment platforms, such as Stripe and GoCardless, including ensuring transactions are posted, and reconciliations are up to date on Dimensions. Your skills and experiences might also include:  • Excellent interpersonal and positive influencing skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships across reporting levels. • Excellent communication skills and high standard of written and spoken English. • Computer literate with strength in the MS Office products, particularly Excel. • Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to notice errors, self-motivation and able to meet deadlines with strong work ethic and professional working behaviour.
