About you:
You’re an experienced Program Manager who thrives on leading large-scale transformation initiatives. You enjoy working cross-functionally, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions. You’re a strategic thinker with a strong background in program management, technology implementation, stakeholder management, and change management.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Manage the Transformation workstream within the Customer Platforms Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Plan, shape, scope, and actively manage transformation programs.
• Track and report progress of each project against plan and budget.
• Ensure alignment of the Transformation workstream with Run & Grow and M&A workstreams within the Customer Platforms CoE.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in managing and delivering projects with both operational and technology elements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners effectively.
• Knowledge of Customer Journeys, including Marketing, Sales, and Service.
