Apply to find out more. About you: You are excited about working for a best in class, fast growing Software house and solve business-critical problems for our customers. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and are a creative thinker. Day-to-day, you will: • Assist customers with queries, ensuring resolution in line with SLAs to maximize software use. • Provide high-level support via chat, phone, or email and promote the Access Customer Success Portal. • Write, edit, and revise Knowledge Base articles to support customer self-service. • Proactively identify case trends, risks, and potential challenges, driving solutions and service improvements. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Strong communicator with a confident, clear, and warm approach to both customers and team members. • Goal-oriented, able to work at pace with a strong focus on delivery. • Maintains calm and professionalism when handling challenging queries. • Enthusiastic during busy periods, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
