About You: The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality consulting services that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients in line with the Client Management strategies of The Access Group and maximize revenue opportunities.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Delivery of high quality onsite and remote technical consulting services in line with The Access Group best practice standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships within advised timeline
  • Review and follow up allocated Help Desk/Training and General enquiries from clients to ensure client receives resolution within required timeframes and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Achievement of individual and team implementation/consulting targets.
  • Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategies
  • Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge
  • Active promotion of the software solutions and services offered by The Access Group.
  • Provide customers with exceptional Installation and Implementation services following best practice guidelines and methodologies within pre-defined budgets and ensuring meeting of project timelines, including customer acceptance through to Customer Support transition post implementation
  • Contribute to pre-sales meetings with prospective customers as required
  • Installation of The Access Group products as required
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experiencing with installation and implementation of software solutions
  • Understanding of Administering and coding in SQL Server and Microsoft Access
  • Understanding in supporting Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Exceptional customer service ethic
  • Strong analytical problem-solving experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results oriented and highly organised
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Microsoft Technical Qualifications
  • Microsoft SQL

  • Experience with API Integrations
  • Microsoft Server and Desktop Environments
