About you:

You are an experienced and very successful IT Consultant/IC2 equivalent ready for the next step up.

You have a positive can-do attitude to deliver projects and are comfortable working in a high tempo environment.

You are able to understand the wider business issues of our customers as well as the detailed technical implementation activities required by our projects.

You can translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions.

You must be a team player who can support others and be able to take on support when offered, you will thrive on working in an agile environment, be ready and expectant of new, short notice challenges.

You extol the virtues of thinking customer, being exceptional and succeeding together.

Day-to-day, you will:

Be a key member of the Systems Integration team delivering Strategic solutions to our customers
Be responsible for driving out requirements from a customer, and updating/creating the Confirmation of Requirements document
Ensure all solution recommendations are compatible with combinations of our products following the Workspace first directive
When working as the Technical architect help lead the client scoping meetings for your product and ensure that customer needs are compatible with our overall solution.
After Scoping and requirements gathering take an active part in the delivery of the solution and report any issues via Sales Force to the Programme Manager and Solution architect.
During deployment of the solution, be the customer face of your part of the solution offering advice and support to the customer and other team members as appropriate
Strive to learn and be accredited for new products in our expanding solution portfolio
The role will include occasional national travel that may include overnight stays.

As a well-rounded Technical Architect, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

Previous experience in consultancy in a client-facing role
Experience in multiple product engagements
Have natural ability for customer relationship building and working in a team
Have a good level of technical experience and be able to create innovative solutions.
Have the ability to drive the solution through to completion, taking ownership of the vision and seeing issues through to resolution
Have a good understanding of business principles
Be commercially aware
Within 3 months of joining the team be certified in 3 or more applications, of which 2 are integrated applications, across the Access suite of products.
