Is an exceptional communicator, adept at transforming intricate data sets into clear, compelling presentations and reports, tailored for various audiences.
Approaches problem-solving with optimism, curiosity and rigor, consistently delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex and/or new challenges.
Balances autonomy and teamwork effortlessly, excelling in solo tasks while contributing significantly to collaborative projects.
Day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate closely with the Commercial and Corporate Development Director on a variety of analytical tasks, utilizing a wide range of data sources including client data, industry data, and survey results.
Undertake pricing projects, applying your analytical skills to assess market trends, cost structures, and competitive positioning.
Engage in commercial projects, contributing your expertise to develop strategies that drive business growth and enhance profitability.
Play a key role in building business cases, using your analytical acumen to support strategic decisions with solid data-backed arguments.
Take responsibility for reporting on operational metrics, ensuring stakeholders have timely and accurate insights into business performance.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing reporting processes and systems, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance data quality and accessibility.
Participate in post-merger integration projects, lending your analytical expertise to ensure smooth and efficient integrations.
Receive training on the company's financial and CRM systems, enabling you to gather, analyze, and present critical data to stakeholders across the division.
Your skills and experiences might include:
Strategy consulting experience, especially in roles focused on quantitative projects, is a significant plus, demonstrating your ability to apply analytical frameworks in a consulting context.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python, enabling you to handle complex data sets with ease.
Experience in financial modeling and analysis, providing you with the skills to create robust, data-driven financial projections and business cases.
Background in market research and competitive analysis, equipping you with the insights to understand industry trends and business opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, particularly in the context of data extraction and analysis, enhancing your ability to work seamlessly with internal systems.
Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data and analysis in a clear and compelling manner to a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, allowing you to present data in an insightful and accessible way.
