We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You are a motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. You will have experience in B2B telephone and field sales, as well as account management roles within the UK, you bring valuable insights and expertise. Day-to-day, you will:  • Achieve sales targets for renewals, bureau processing, card payments and consultancy. • Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance. • Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products. • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance. • Build and nurture relationships with customers, upselling and cross selling where possible. • Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities.  • You will forecast accurately taking into account run rate within the month and key deals as you move up the value chain into higher accounts. • Availability to travel as needed. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager, specifically in Fintech/Payments industry. • Experience in Payments is required, you will be selling Direct Debits, Wage Advance, Card Payments, Open Banking and alternative payment methods. • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
