We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You are a motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. With previous experience in B2B telephone and field sales, as well as account management roles within the UK, you bring valuable insights and expertise, particularly within the software sector. Day-to-day, you will:  • Achieve sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy. • Develop demonstration skills and know when to seek assistance. • Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products. • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance. • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring smooth project handovers. • Provide top-level customer service and technical expertise, attend exhibitions, and support other sales activities.  Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You have previous experience in B2B field sales and account management roles in the UK, specifically selling SaaS solutions. • Experience at working in a large or multi-national IT/Technology company in a range of roles & locations • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Excellent technology skills specifically with Microsoft Office; Salesforce; Social Selling; Market mapping What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
