About you:
As a solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by showcasing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You’ll be able to articulate the value our solutions bring to an organization. Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll collaborate across functions, engage with clients and contribute to the success of our Access Accountants Division solutions.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on:
• Buyer Interaction: Conducting discovery processes to translate client requirements into impactful product demonstrations, responding to tender functional queries, and addressing specific needs and industry challenges. You’ll be responsible for in-depth software configuration and preparation of data sets aligned with key business requirements.
• Sales Enablement: Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Professional Services & Customer Success – preparing and delivering key go to market strategies and initiatives, including product releases and merger and acquisitions.
• Digital enablement: Supporting the buyer’s experience through digital assets such as videos, product experience tours, marketing content and webinars & social industry content.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• The ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions.
• Overcoming technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
• An understanding of the sales process and how projects are implemented, along with an appreciation of the challenges facing a modern business and its key requirements.
