You’ll be able to show and explain how our Access solutions add value to organizations. You’ll also need to understand both the broader business issues of our customers and the technical details required for our projects. You’ll communicate clearly with prospects, whether in person or over video calls, and translate complex business needs into practical solutions. You’ll help overcome technical and business challenges during the sales process and have a solid understanding of how our projects are implemented and supported. We value strong internal networking skills, so you’ll build good relationships with teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. To be considered, you must have experience in software implementation, pre-sales, or sales with products similar to what we offer. Day-to-day, you will:  • Translate client business requirements into tailored system solutions, including preparing customized datasets and configuring software to meet specific needs. • Modify software and create customized workflows using the Access technology stack to demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions. • Present solutions in client meetings, webinars, or events, providing technical and industry expertise to support sales efforts. • Support the sales and marketing teams at events, seminars, webinars, and by creating video content for digital sales strategies. • Offer guidance and responses for ITTs and RFPs, and educate the sales team on new product enhancements as needed. • Lead discovery processes to ensure effective customer demonstrations that show how the Access product stack addresses industry challenges. • Collaborate with product and development teams to anticipate and identify industry and customer challenges. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Previous experience in PreSales, Customer Success, or implementation roles. If Presales experience is limited, strong software, IT, and broad corporate Learning Management System Knowledge is essential. • Demonstrate integrity, loyalty, and honesty in all interactions, while building positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across various roles and seniority levels. • Ability to effectively communicate through phone, email, and written forms, with excellent attention to detail and a professional approach. • Work independently and proactively, taking initiative to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, even under pressure. • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload and stay self-motivated. • Show a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning, ensuring ongoing improvement and skill advancement. • Willingness to travel to meet business demands, with a valid UK driving license required.
