About you:
You will be accountable for delivery against the roadmap, both from a technical and quality perspective. You will contribute to hands-on coding and engineering processes within the team, whilst ensuring the delivery of projects, maintaining technical and quality standards and being motivated and engaged. Quality and usability should be a first-class consideration, baked into the engineering process.
You keep abreast of technical developments in the industry and are aware of the evolution in the various technologies you work in. You demonstrate humility (understanding limits of knowledge) and strive to develop gaps in technical and soft skills; you demonstrate individual ownership and ownership of project and sprint deliverables within the team. You demonstrate role model behaviours, remain optimistic and committed in the face of challenges and can adapt and flex with changing priorities. Love Work. Love Life. #WeAreAccess
Day-to-day, you will:
· Work with the team to design and develop software solutions to meet agreed acceptance criteria and stories using a range of languages and technologies.
· Ensure engineering standards are maintained and followed.
· Demonstrate your work to others through functional reviews
· Prepared to test your own work and that of others to ensure quality.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
· Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
As a well-rounded Developer, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
· Demonstrable experience with the technologies used in the required product
· Work experience as a member of a scrum team.
· Demonstrable experience of owning and driving successful deliverables and projects.
The product is a SaaS, multi-tenanted application, a good understanding of the technology stack is required, including:
· React
· TypeScript
· .Net / .Net Core
· C#
· REST API
· MSSQL Server
· HTML
· CSS
And desirable skills in:
· Azure DevOps
· Azure Services
· Git Source Control
