Day-to-day, you will:

• ·       Design and develop software solutions in collaboration with our product, development and content teams by using a range of languages and technologies such as:
  • o   C#
  • o   ASP.Net Core, ASP.NET 4+, ASP.Net MVC
  • o   REST
  • o   SQL
  • o   Entity Framework
  • o   Web API
  • o   React
  • o   Javascript, jQuery, Typescript
• Build new and improve existing cutting edge SaaS products
• Actively contribute to requirements discussions.
• Analyse, identify and fix of root cause of defects, throughout the various layers of the application.
• Contribute to management of effective CI Pipeline and source control.
• Support the team's deliverables, through proactive contribution to planning, ownership of tasks, identification of dependencies and basic risk management
• Actively promote a quality focussed approach

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Demonstrate a positive approach
• Genuine interest in learning/implementing best practices of software development techniques, including specific approaches for SaaS and web based products
• Attention to detail
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Able to prioritise a demanding workload
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Desire to work with a highly successful team to achieve the deadlines to deliver product releases
• Show a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning
• Be confident with debugging of web applications
• Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience, ideally full-stack
• Knowledge of range of languages and technologies such as:
  • C#
  • ASP.Net Core, ASP.NET 4+, ASP.Net MVC
  • SQL
  • Entity Framework
  • Web API
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery

Desirable:

• REACT knowledge/experience
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Continuous Integration & Deployment
• Awareness of security best practices in software development.
• Azure/Aws experience.
