We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a Services Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in scoping and defining proposals, gathering requirements, and managing sales processes for opportunities related to our software offerings. Your responsibilities will include achieving targets for Services Orders and quote margins, as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with Product Sales colleagues, you will help define the scope of Services engagements, position the value of Services, and outline the business outcomes and success criteria our customers can achieve. Day-to-day, you will:  • Be proactive in identification, qualification, and maximisation of consulting opportunities. •Acting as an ambassador for Access consulting to clients. •Working with the sales team, customer success and professional services teams to generate, develop and close consulting opportunities. •Develop strong business relationships with client contacts and across the whole Access organisation. •Translation of client business and technical outcomes into proposed system or integration solutions. •Feedback to product & engineering teams to ensure requirement gaps identified in our solutions are investigated and considered for future releases. •You will understand the challenges facing Public Sector organisations and be able to demonstrate and articulate the value Access solutions bring to them.  Your skills and experiences might also include:  • Has previous experience in selling consulting solutions and can demonstrate knowledge of the consulting delivery process. • Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority within a prospect organisation. • Able to work on own initiative, meet deadlines under pressure, prioritize a demanding workload, and remain self-motivated. • Possesses excellent time management and communication skills (telephone, email, and written), with strong attention to detail. • Develops positive relationships and cooperation with colleagues and clients, while showing a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
