Apply to find out more. About you: As a Senior Software Engineer joining ClassForKids as part of the Access group, you will contribute to the continued growth of our platform as we continue to scale. ClassForKids’ mission is to make booking children’s classes as accessible as possible by providing a user-friendly software solution for children’s activity organisers to reduce their administrative burden and focus on delivering classes in their chosen field and offering a seamless and flexible payment experience for parents. Day-to-day, you will: • Work with the Engineering Lead and Product Owner to deliver on key objectives. • Contribute to solution design requirements. • Develop code and designs software applications based on defined specifications and objectives • Actively contribute to engineering practices and partake in code reviews. • Lead on DevOps, Security, and operational reliability practices • Provide technical Support to escalated issues. As a well-rounded Senior Software Engineer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: • 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer • Expert knowledge and experience with Python • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture • Strong knowledge with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and modern DevOps practices • Experience working with databases (RDS/MySQL/MariaDB), including NoSQL (eg.
