We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  As a Senior Software Developer, you will be a key member of the Unleashed Software Product & Engineering team, within our ERP division. You’ll have some practical commercial experience in .Net development and you’ll be skilled in implementing best practices – across requirements, analysis, solution architecture, technical design and security & performance engineering. Day to day you will: •Work within one of our high performing, self-organizing Platform enablement teams, you’ll share responsibility for the end-to-end development, deployment, monitoring and ownership of our core platform application service and components. •Collaborate with our Product and Engineering leadership teams on functional and technical requirements, whilst working with our other engineering teams in the QA, Feature Development and DevOps space to ensure consistently high-quality deliverables. •Encourage innovation & creative problem solving, challenging the status quo, whilst being totally committed to adding value to the business & to our customers. Skills & Experience: Ideally you will have a mix of skills such as: •Proficiency working with relational databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MYSQL, and NoSQL databases. •Experience building and operating in a cloud computing environment, ideally with knowledge in Amazon Web Services. •Experience working with modern front-end technologies, such as React and Angular, and a working knowledge of development tools used in CI/CD, source control and test automation. •An ability to reliably analyse and estimate development requirements and apply the Agile framework to tracking and predicting delivery commitments. •Onboarding, training and guiding junior engineers to enable them to perform in their role and deliver product features.
