About you: You are an experienced Senior C# Developer with expertise in React.js, having a solid understanding of SQL Server. Ability to quickly and correctly understand business requirements and translate that into technical solutions it’s a must for this role. As a Senior Engineer you will lead by example by producing quality solutions (code) following best practices and standards and are able to guide other members of the team to adopt and practice set standards. Excellent problem solver with an attention to detail. Day-to-day, you will: • Working in an agile team environment (scrum) delivering on the product roadmap. • Working alongside the Quality Assurance Engineer, Business Analyst and the rest of the team, to ensure functional software is being delivered • Identify improvements to existing code and be able to provide improvements that will feed into a technical roadmap. • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using C#, React.js and SQL Server (T-SQL). • Be able to diagnose and resolve bugs. Providing workable solutions to fix bugs found and to prevent them reoccurring. • Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure to offer improved ways of working • Manage and disseminate information to the team regarding source control strategies. As a well-rounded Senior Developer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: • Good Communication skills – be able to understand requirements and discuss solutions. • A willingness to learn new and embrace technologies • Mentor, coach and guide junior (Engineers and Junior Engineers) members of the team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure. • Good command of CI/CD concepts with experience with Azure Pipelines etc. What does Access offer you?
