Day to Day You Will: •Work in a multifunctional team of QA and dev engineers. •Work closely with developers and product owners to clarify requirements. •Design and develop automated tests to ensure delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria using a range of technologies and languages. •Determining appropriate levels of testing for features under development. Balancing factors of test coverage, complexity and run time. •Help improve and extend our automation frameworks. •Review test results, logs, and metrics to catch issues before release. •Identify, compartmentalise and execute refactoring where commercially/technically necessary, with a focus on maintainability. •Management of effective CI Pipeline and source control. •Own, manage and be accountable for test strategy, managing risks and dependencies with autonomy. •Support and mentor other QA team members. •Advocate for quality and drive best practices in testing. Your Skills and Experiences Should Include: •Writing integration tests in Java. •Testing Spring Boot applications. •Selenium, JUnit, WireMock, Mockito •Managing test automation with Jenkins and/or ADO.
