Apply to find out more. About you: As an initiative-taking Senior Operations Analyst, you will strive to improve our operations across all areas of a function. You will take a strong analytical approach to problem solving and be confident in collaborating with wider stakeholders across all levels, to articulate and solve business challenges. You will be enthusiastic about driving efficiency and effectiveness across the team and the function. You are experienced with KPI tracking and delivering a rolling cadence of operational outputs and forecasts across a wider function. You are innovative and challenge the status quo by suggesting and driving alternatives to continuously improve our operating model. About the role: As a Senior Operations Analyst, you work across an entire functional area translating business needs into operational deliverables, whether that be people, process, insights or data. You will play a key role in helping the business to understand, resolve and manage key business challenges, whilst levering insights & data to help drive decision making. You will be responsible for the operations of key business activites and work closely with business leaders to drive input, accuracy and output. As part of this, you will work alongside other Operations Analysts within the team and support/coach to identify & provide meaningful trends, actionable insight and deliver on workstreams helping the business to achieve its overall group objectives. You will manage your own projects & initiatives collaborating with stakeholders, whilst also working as part of wider workstreams across the function & group. You will drive a strong operational cadence across business activites you are responsible for, whilst supporting key output delivery across the team. You will constantly seek out improvements to our operating model, leveraging your expert knowledge and Day-to-day, you will: • Manage Operational Cadence & Reporting: Proactively oversee operational activities (forecast calls, functional updates, reviews) while evolving processes, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and actionable insights from enhanced reporting suites. • Data Analysis & KPI Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on KPIs, analyze complex data sets to identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for continuous operational improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals, adapt business processes, and drive value across the organization. • Leadership & Development: Serve as a trusted advisor for divisional leads, while mentoring analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your Skills and Experiences might also include; • Leadership & Team Coaching: Demonstrated experience in coaching high-performing teams, both locally and remotely, with a focus on fostering engagement and collaboration across stakeholders. • Effective Communication & Decision-Making: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and make sound decisions under pressure while prioritizing tasks effectively. • Technical Proficiency & Data Analysis: Proficient in using tools like MS SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint to query data, analyze trends, and present findings to various audiences, with a keen ability to think beyond traditional solutions. • Adaptability & Strategic Thinking: A self-starter with a strong delivery focus, able to manage shifting priorities, grasp new contexts quickly, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement.
