We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As the Public Sector, Senior Marketing Manager you will develop and own the strategic marketing plan for PaySuite’s public sector business working with sales, product, and other marketing teams to deliver against pipeline, order and revenue targets. You will drive the development and execution of key marketing programmes that will grow incremental revenue for the business both within our existing customer base and new business. In your role you will be an expert in our target audience, their buying behaviour and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the lead generation and sales teams or channel. Day-to-day, you will:  • Strategic go to market planning – work with the Marketing, Product Management team and Sales colleagues to define the market opportunity and design the optimum go to market approach for each Public Sector segment. • Support the development of Public Sector cross product propositions, positioning and messaging for target personas which create competitive advantage in their market. • Gain in-depth understanding of the buying process and the buyer DNA in order to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programmes that improve conversion rates. • Build collaborative relationships with your key internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent and effective interaction.  Act as the trusted, go-to-person for Public Sector marketing. • Leverage your sector knowledge and expertise to create sector specific tailored content to build our credibility and showcase expertise. Work with Marketing colleagues to execute multi-channel campaigns including events. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven B2B Marketing experience preferably in the public sector, payments, merchant acquiring, card processing. • Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing propositions and translating these into engaging Sales enablement programmes. • Have demonstrable and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical information into customer outcomes. • Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage and motivate other team members.
