We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping deliver the APAC marketing strategy, assisting with campaign development, working closely with the global marketing team, helping generate and nurture leads for the sales/partnership teams, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign, and improving campaigns from data and reports. Day-to-day, you will:  - Implement and deliver the APAC marketing strategy with support from the global marketing team - Create engaging and informative campaigns for various platforms to produce high-quality leads - Organise and manage industry-based events - Analyse monthly key performance metrics and offer suggestions for improvement - Manage social media and other 3rd party platforms - Meet quarterly marketing lead/sales targets Your skills and experiences might also include:   - Experience in Marketing, with financial or SAAS experience being a plus - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders. - Strong project management skills - Ability to analyse and present marketing reports - Creative thinking and a high attention to detail - Experience with marketing tools, e.g. Canva, email marketing, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, etc. What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
