You will excel as the main point of contact for transitioning and transforming OTC (Order-To-Cash) processes, ensuring successful implementation within set timeframes and budgets. We are looking for someone who can lead and develop a high-performing OTC team while driving efficiency and excellence across all aspects of Billing, Credit Control, Cash Application, and Customer Experience. You will report to the Head of Finance at our Kuala Lumpur based Go Centre. Day-to-day, you will:  • Oversee end-to-end OTC (Order-To-Cash) activities, including Billing, Credit Control, Cash Application, and Customer Experience. • Drive performance and efficiency of the OTC function through SLAs, KPIs, and successful management of project and finance initiatives within set timeframes and budgets. • Lead the transition and transformation of OTC processes into KLGOC, including planning, training, SOP documentation, and issue resolution. • Develop, lead, and appraise the OTC team, ensuring all hiring, performance, and development initiatives are met.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Proven experience leading virtual, matrix, and cross-cultural teams in dynamic environments. • Strong background in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) accounting and related systems, with a focus on finance transition projects. • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement processes. • Effective change leader, capable of thriving in ever-evolving environments.
