We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  As the Senior IT Manager for Access APAC, you will oversee all IT operations and strategy for APAC. You will be responsible for shaping Access’s APAC technology operations by providing end-to-end management of our IT team, technology infrastructure and services. You will also be responsible for strategic and workforce planning alongside fiscal management and reporting. You’ll also support APAC by successfully delivering IT Operations, M&A, Projects and innovation, managing the IT function, ensuring the security and integrity of our technology architecture and systems environment, and providing strategic leadership and guidance to the APAC Executive team. In this key role as Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration and driving technology initiatives that support global strategies and objectives whilst maintaining and improving SLA standards for the Service Desk Team Day-to-day, you will:  • Lead and develop the APAC IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, managing staffing levels and skills to ensure they remain up to date with changing technology and business requirements • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of APAC’s IT infrastructure. and allocation of equipment upgrades across APAC. • Implement cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost-effective solutions, maintaining and improving SLA standards & business processes. • Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives & deliver integration projects in line with the IT&O M&A Directors strategy and timelines. • Provide advice to the APAC Executive Team on emerging technologies and their potential to innovate the business. In addition, providing 1-1 technical support to the APAC Executive Team and providing software training as required • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support via our Service Desk system for a wide range of external and internal applications, operating systems and hardware and ensuring team SLAs remain above 95% response times. including complaint escalations. • Accurate documentation and recording of actions in our Service desk application and ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO27001 along with designing training programs and workshops for staff and conduct regular system audits. • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages • In conjunction with the FBP: Forecasting, budgeting, managing and annual reporting: APAC IT budget. To include running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Minimum 10 years’ industry experience; with solid experience in daily IT operational support and minimum 6 years’ experience at management level. • Expert knowledge in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft 365, InTune, MFA, PaloAlto, Cortex and SNOW. • Experience managing the IT requirements for acquired companies. • Demonstrated hands-on experience in the delivery of complex IT projects spanning multiple countries, along with identifying and managing project issues, risks and dependencies. • Demonstrated experience with office relocation and fitout including audio-visual systems. • Experienced relationship-building skills and ability to engage with business functional requirements – demonstrating clear communication and convincing presentation skills. • Rigorous and detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills alongside excellent organisation and time management skills.
