In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital performance through various channels, including email, PPC, LinkedIn, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing. You will own the digital marketing strategy for our hospitality software solutions, leveraging your B2B commercial knowledge to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day, you will: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, PPC, LinkedIn, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing. • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, sales, product, and creative, to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Utilize data-driven approaches to continually refine and enhance marketing strategies and be able to justify decisions. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the hospitality industry. • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance. • Full funnel revenue mindset - linking digital performance to OI, focus on ROAS. • Proactive suggestions on performance improvements to drive success • Work closely to optimise CPL per product and ensure appropriate channels are utilised to maximise budgets Your skills and experiences might also include: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Not Essential • Proven experience in digital performance marketing within the B2B sector. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, especially Marketo, Salesforce and Hubspot • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, experience with Powerbi, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Dreamdata • Multi-Channel experience with Meta, Linkedin, YouTube, Google & Microsoft Ads, Demandbase • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Team leadership skills and communication • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills particularly with senior level directors • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its unique marketing challenges is a plus What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
