As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will drive the pipeline for our Learning solutions, creating and executing multi-channel strategies that engage and convert our target audience. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align goals and messaging, using data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance. Additionally, you'll mentor the marketing team to foster collaboration and ensure high performance. Day-to-day, you will:  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to engage target personas and drive revenue growth. • Manage inbound and outbound channels, including digital advertising, email, SEO, webinars, events, and social media. • Collaborate with content, sales development, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment. • Utilise marketing automation and analytics tools to measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, driving strategic decisions and sales enablement.  Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Extensive B2B demand generation experience in education technology - exposure to international markets is useful. • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, optimising campaigns, managing budgets, and demonstrating ROI. • Expertise in the corporate learning customer journey, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis. • Proficient in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce) and ABM platforms, with success in multi-channel demand generation programs.
