You will have payments experience in B2B field sales (preferably in card payments) selling to Enterprise clients, you bring valuable insights and expertise. Day-to-day, you will:  • Achieve sales targets for new business selling Direct Debits, Wage Advance, Card Payments, Open Banking and alternative payment methods to Enterprise clients. • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes • Maintain a strong understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party products. • You will be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople. • Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers. • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance. • Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring that they reach their intended revenue goals. • Work in conjunction with our highly skilled Partnership and Marketing Teams. • You will forecast accurately taking into account run rate within the month focusing on Key Accounts. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • You have previous experience in B2B field sales roles in the UK, specifically in Fintech/Payments industry. • Experience in Payments is required, you will be selling Direct Debits, Wage Advance, Card Payments, Open Banking and alternative payment methods. • Able to prove success in both inbound and self gen. • Ensure you generate a strong pipeline of opportunities to enable you to reach your sales target • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team • Self-motivated with Excellent time management skills with strong ability to prioritise • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
